Guide
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest. One place for all of it.
Every app keeps its own Saved list, and none of them talk to each other. Here are the ways to keep your saved TikToks, Reels, YouTube videos and Pinterest pins together, and how to set one up in five minutes.
Your options
- Each app's own Saved list
- TikTok Favorites, Instagram Saved, YouTube Watch later and playlists, Pinterest boards. Free and built in, but each one lives inside its own app, so a recipe you saved on TikTok and the one you pinned are never in the same place, and nothing searches across them.
- A general bookmark manager, such as Raindrop.io
- Saves any link into collections and syncs across devices. Its full-text search (a Pro feature) covers the text of saved web pages, PDFs and EPUBs. A good fit when most of what you save is articles.
- A phone app for social saves, such as CentralSave
- Collects posts from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest through the share sheet into collections on your phone.
- Cubby
- Built for videos and pins. One library for all four platforms on the web, iPhone, Android, Chrome and Mac; folders you name; videos that play right there; an import that brings in the Saved lists you already have; and search that finds a clip by what someone said in it.
Set it up in five minutes

Make a free account
Sign up at kubby.space. Your first 100 saves are free, with every feature.
- 02
Add a way to save
On a computer, add the Chrome extension and press Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+S on any video. On iPhone, add the Cubby shortcut (Settings → iPhone) and it shows up in every share sheet. On Android, install Cubby from Chrome and pick it from Share.
- 03
Bring in what you already saved
Open your TikTok Favorites, Instagram Saved, a YouTube playlist or Watch later, or a Pinterest board in Chrome and click the extension; it imports the whole list into a folder. Each Pinterest board becomes its own folder. Export files from each app's Download your data work too.
- 04
Find anything again
Search once and Cubby looks through titles, creators, folders and the words spoken in every video, across all four apps.
Get the Chrome extension, or see the guides for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.
Questions
- Is there one app to save TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest?
- Yes. Cubby saves all four into the same folders, plays them inside Cubby, and searches across them, including what's said in the videos. Other links can be saved too, as plain links.
- Can I save YouTube videos and Pinterest pins together?
- Yes. A folder in Cubby can hold YouTube videos and Shorts next to Pinterest pins, TikToks and Reels. You can import a whole YouTube playlist or Pinterest board at once with the Chrome extension.
- Does Cubby download the videos?
- No. Cubby stores the link, title, creator and cover. Videos play through each platform's official embedded player, so the creator keeps the view.
- How much does it cost?
- Free for your first 100 saves. After that, Cubby Pro is $4 a month or $50 once for lifetime. Nothing you saved is deleted if you stop paying.
