Tap Share on a pin, then Cubby. On iPhone, add the Cubby shortcut once (Cubby → Settings → iPhone); after that it's in every share sheet. pin.it short links are opened up to the full pin.

Open your profile or a board in Chrome and click the Cubby extension. From your profile it goes through every board, and each board becomes its own folder.
